Arrow - 911-PP - Purple Primer (Pint) Easy-to-program911 is a Low VOC, very aggressive and fast acting Primer for use on all classes and schedules of PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings. The Primer will deeply penetrate and soften the joining surfaces of the pipe and fittings. Primer cleans, softens and dissolves the surface of the pipe and fitting, thus providing better bonding surfaces for the solvent cement when it is applied. 1 Pint (16 FL OZ) Meets Low VOC emission limit as outlined by South Coast Air
