Victoria Cider Co - Perry These wines of Willi Schaefer

These wines of Willi Schaefer reflect perfectly this unique terroir and show the distinct differences between two sites right next to each other

thanks to innovations in both vineyards and winemaking introduced in early 1980s by his son Carlo

Brewed with local Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%

he was always intrigued by the takes on these grapes by local winemakers

The goal is to make wines that are enjoyable and consistent
