Domaine Ostertag Riesling Les Jardins 2020 75cl Maratray Dubreuil a lovely tobacco and leatherTasting Note Elegance in a bottle. This citrus and orchard fruit focused wine has bracing acidity and a long ageing future ahead. Producer Andre Ostertag is a brilliant winemaker, an environmentlist and since he took over his family domain, he has introduced biodynamic viticulture, and lowered yields, and looked outside of Alsace for techniques to enable him to showcase the terroir first and the grape variety second.
