Concentrate Room Mezzanine Type:Acrylic sunlight cutting through broken windowsSunlight cuts across the Concentrate Room Mezzanine of the former Peters Creameries Pty Ltd factory at Chatham, picking out peeling paint and rust stained concrete on surfaces that once sat above the heat of a working steam driven dairy plant. The factory opened in November 1939 and ran until the late 1990s, when corporate rationalisation shifted production elsewhere. Part of the Peters' Ice Cream Factory series.
