Description

Vinified in large cement and then about 15% is aged in smaller used oak barrel

Nose: Subtle but unmistakable aroma of dried seaweed

PALATE: Rounded and sweet - Dried fruits

Having had very low yields we decided to blend the 2023 Gewurztraminer into the Chardonnay Musque to help with volumes

The coffee blend is then brewed into a high-strength cold brew liquid that further increases the richness and mouthfeel
