Courage & Conviction Single Malt Whiskey Bourbon Cask Pét-Nat rounded and fresh

rounded and fresh

The cooler vintage in 2021 has yielded a fine crisp yet intense wine with citric aromas overlying delicate mineral notes

drained and allowed to settle for a day before being transferred to barrels for malic acid fermentation and barrel aging for 14 months

naturally sweet eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois

offering some notes of dried and jammy fruit
