"Upon Reflection" 72" x 30" oil on canvas green It's beautifully housed in a"Upon Reflection" 72" x 30" oil on canvas. To capture a moment in time, to be present, to be at ease. This painting was originally meant to be a colorfield painting, but paintings often take on lives of their own. Soft and warm in feel and tone, the work begged for a cloud in the sky, which then naturally called for its reflection. There's a calming effect. Painted in layers of oil on canvas, with a bit of iridescent in the clouds.
