Plato Shear Cutter Pine Needles from the simple but cleverA great quality hand tool; light weight and comfortable to use. Durable, with cushioned handles, the Plato Shear Cutter has spring action and is flush cutting. Perfect for trimming hairy reed on your baskets and I like to use the Plato Shears for cutting the cable ties when I am lashing my basket rims. It's a tool you'll reach for time after time.
