Maltings Driveway Size:M each revealing an empty roomThe driveway into Mittagong Maltings, cracked concrete giving way to weeds pushing through the joints, runs silent where trucks once came and went with barley and bagged malt. The Maltings operated from 1899 until 1980 under Tooth and Co, supplying malt to one of New South Wales's largest breweries for 75 years. Part of the Mittagong Maltings series.
