sometimes we try something that doesn't end up working out

They make for an easier swap that doesn't require a full pickguard replacement

Bronco Bass Wiring Knobs:2 chrome US spec knobs sometimes we try something thatBronco basses come with cheap parts from the factory. If you're already replacing the pickup or just want to install high quality controls, this is it. Important note: We use USA spec parts. The pickguard holes will need to be drilled to 3 8" to fit these pots. We can also include a set of chrome knobs to fit the new pots. The original knobs will not fit.
