Vintage Gardening Tools Brooch Vintage Purrfection

Purrfection

Working on vintage textiles is like heaven to me

It must have been a wonderful clock or pocket watch when it was in its heyday

I have lovingly restored the brocade which was full of holes and made the original buckle into a striking pendant

I really loved the little handpainted country scene on the front and the beautiful numbers around the edge

Vintage Gardening Tools Brooch Vintage PurrfectionA small collection of tiny vintage gardening implements have been grouped together to form the basis of this creative brooch. There is a spade, rake, hoe, fork, shears and a little watering can. They are surrounded by hand embroidered flowers and a pretty handbeaded edging. The brooch is the perfect accessory for all the horticultural lovers out there.
